About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Engineer to design, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to build scalable growth systems and experiment with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth experiments to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch growth initiatives.
Automate growth processes and implement tracking systems.
Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization.
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve growth strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Growth Engineer, Growth Hacker, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of data analysis, experimentation, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools.
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
